Travis Fragale

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Coach from the states, currently practicing in Berlin.
My main aim in counseling and coaching is to encourage others to learn how to cope with their presenting problems, see them from another perspective, and find meaning to empower them to rise above such challenges.
I work with adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, obsessive compulsive disorder, self-worth & self-esteem, relationships, grief, and life transitions and adjustments. I also work with couples experiencing relationship issues who either are seeking to part ways or come closer together.
In my practice, I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Stoicism, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), and Solution-Focused Counseling.
These approaches in a nutshell aim to discover what your core beliefs are, which are either creating positive or negative meanings in how you see yourself, other’s, and life at large. Discovering what you truly value, what is most important to you, and what’s holding you back is a core theme throughout the counseling process.
When we practice being a little bit more kinder and rational with our experience, we can then see clearly what matters most to us, where we want to go, and the work needed to get there.

Lastly, if you’re reading this, I already see you as a brave person, even if you may not think so. Having the courage to seek help is already a huge step forward.
