My approach

 

In the sessions I work with what you bring, your individual strengths, struggles and values, as well as the different contexts and perspectives that each member of the family or couple brings. Together we will work towards new stories and perspectives that allow for a way forward together.

Most often I give tasks in between sessions, which is why most sessions are spaced at least biweekly or 3-weekly, as I believe most of the work takes place outside of the sessions.

As I have a strength-based and solution-focussed approach, it is less likely you will need a high number of sessions.
